Sons and Daughters, no longer slaves

This morning I felt the urge to write. I have so much information coming in that I have to pour it out so that I can continue to have more poured in. So I asked my Papa where to read, to make this as simple as possible. More of your Word and less of mine. This is where He led me: Galatians 4 Sonship of Christ Paul is talking about how even before Christ came they were sons, but were children in their knowing so they appeared to others and themselves as slaves. Then Christ came being born under the law and those who believed would gain their adoption as sons. Now this has been taught that we were never sons and daughters but have been adopted, but that’s NOT what this text says. Verse 3 says “So also we, while we were children, were held in bondage (lies) under the elemental things of the world (law). This adoption is into the Body of Christ, not to be adopted as a child, we were already sons but lacked maturity of the knowledge of who they truly were.

But what I am pressed to write about isn’t about them, it’s about US. You and I. Paul tells us in verse 6: Because you ARE sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” 7) THEREFORE you are NO longer a slave, but a SON; and if a SON, then an heir through God.

I ask that you read this passage, I am reading from the NASB version, pray and ask that God reveal His truth to you about your TRUE identity. We all CLAIM that we agree we are Sons and Daughters but the reality is we are behaving as slaves. We are not slaves, we are Sons and Daughters and co-heirs with Christ through God. We are the manifestation of the living God, if we believe we are. But so few do. So they are trapped by the elementals of this world.

Praying for you and I to truly begin to walk out in the reality of who we are. We are FREE from SIN. We do not have to be slaves to it. We have the SPIRIT OF JESUS IN US. HE is GREATER than anything this WORLD will ever be.

“If you start with the negative it’ll never work.”

Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Him, and He will do it. Psalm 37:4,5

As of lately this verse is what comes to mind each night before I lay my head down. This morning I woke up and the message I heard within my Spirit: “If you start with the negative it’ll never work.” Then I heard the chorus from Lamb of God by Tenth Avenue North “You are Holy, You are Worthy, You are Holy, You’re the Lamb of God”

The message was pertaining to the Gospel, aka the Good News of Jesus Christ. If we tell everyone all the things that will happen to them by not choosing God it’ll never work. God is LOVE. Perfect LOVE casts out fear. So why do we believe that scaring people will cause them to seek out our God?

Have you ever seen the original kids movie Monsters Inc.? In this movie the monsters scare kids nightly to get power for their world. They have a power shortage until they realized “accidently” that laughter held more power than fear.

Think about this, a children’s movie truly holds the key to evangelism. LOVE is the GREATEST of all. If we LOVE people, tell them all the things that we LOVE about God, about being Gods children. And most importantly LOVE people exactly where they are, I can guarantee there will be a higher chance of them desiring what we have, God.

I love quoting Todd White from Father of Lights, “If they can’t see Christ in you, they don’t want what you have bro!”

Now I’m not saying that we should only tell them about the amazing Joy and unexplainable peace that we attain when we become One with Christ, we need to equip those whom we lead to the Cross. They are our sheep on loan from the Father. We need to be great Shepherds, but as the message says: “if you start out with the negative, it’ll never work.”

It’s time that we begin delighting ourselves in the LORD. We need to take great pleasure in Jesus, the Word, God, the Holy Spirit, and then we can begin to love those in the dark.

I want to end with this exhortation, how many of you can honestly say you are Free from Sin? How many of you can honestly say I no longer have Sin in me, nor will I ever because I am 100% forgiven, for Eternity? How many of you can honestly say you no longer suffer from depression because you have the desires of your heart fulfilled?

If you’re unable to say these things then you may need to acknowledge that you don’t believe that Jesus Christ completed the work at the Cross. His Blood paid our debt, if He truly lives IN you then you KNOW that you are completely forgiven, and this my friends brings TRUE FREEDOM!

Believe God: Delight yourselves in the LORD, and He WILL give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Him, and He will do it. – True Story! I’m living proof!

My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge…

Last night as I left bible study I thought ‘ok, how do I explain what I am learning’ right then the very first study I ever took ‘Lies women believe’ came to mind. We were taught that by Eve changing what God had actually said displayed her lack of knowledge, and we know from Hosea 4:6 that God says His people die from lack of knowledge. Which is exactly what happened in the garden; her misinterpretation of what God had actually said, opened up the door for darkness, for death.

Now we move on to Moses. God gave Moses 10 commandments….Moses gave us numerous amounts of laws. Many that contradict the original Law given by God. And we know that Jesus says in Matthew 5:17 that He came to fulfill the Law. But wait doesn’t the law of Moses say that a woman caught in adultery should be stoned? Yet, Jesus didn’t fulfill that law did He? So it would ‘appear’ there is a contradiction.

This is not a contradiction because Moses law is not the Law that Jesus is speaking of when He said He came to fulfill that Law. Also, it was Moses who gave the people his interpretation of what adultery is. God is Spirit, and therefore His ways are not understood by man, you and I must have the mind of Christ, given through the Holy Spirit to understand what is happening here. Adultery is spoken many times throughout scripture as spiritual adultery, cheating on God with other gods, with idols.

Within the 10 commandments God says “Thou shall NOT kill” yet the law of Moses says kill kill kill. Why is THIS not seen? Again, because you must have eyes to see. Eyes given through the Light of Christ to Shine upon the Bread of Life (the Word). John 1:17 says that the Law was given through Moses; Grace AND Truth came through Jesus Christ. How many times in Matthew 5 does Jesus point out the correct teaching of the Law given? He starts by saying “you have heard, but I tell you” Which do we go by? Hopefully we go by what Jesus says, because Jesus is the exact representation of the Father (Hebrews 1). And as it says in Hebrews 3 Moses was a faithful servant of the Fathers House, but Christ is a faithful Son over God’s house. And we are His house.

Which is greater a Son or a Servant? Exactly. I want to be a Daughter not a Servant. But I choose to be a bondservant of Jesus Christ. There is a difference, and that will have to be explained more in a different blog. There is so much I am learning, so bare with me as I try and explain some of this via my blog.

Father God, I come to you now on behalf of the one reading this post. I ask that you enlighten them Father, open their eyes so they may see the Truth that Your Son Jesus gave to us, your children. I pray that they are able to seek out YOUR truth with YOUR Spirit. Thank you Father for choosing me to be in Your family. I love you and bless you! In Jesus Name, Amen!

Believe the Unbelievable

Just as you received Jesus Christ Jesus as our Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the Faith as you were taught, and overflow with thankfulness. – Colossians 2:6

A few years back I began to truly resent my husband. I felt he was keeping me back from serving the Lord radically. Our church at the time was teaching a series titled ‘ROOTS’, the picture above is the picture they used. Each week I would see this picture and I resonated with it so deeply. Trees have always been apart of my life. But there was something about this one that just spoke so loudly to me. A few weeks into the series I began drawing the picture above while the pastor spoke. (I have the gift of ADD so I can totally listen and draw at the same time.) As I began to draw the white path I heard my Papa’s voice “you need only be still, I will bring them to you”. I began to cry, as I usually do when I hear Him so clearly.

Later I asked my husband to get me a copy of this picture (he worked with the media department), and I had it printed and it’s a book mark within my bible. What is even more “God like” is the tree resembles the tree planted for my brother in 1999 after his passing. It grew exactly as this picture with one branch off to the side.

The girl sitting next to the tree, as well looks like myself. Now these are all ‘coincidences’ sure. But when you believe GOD, and the things that He tells us that His ways are higher than ours. That He is outside of time, and knows the hairs on our head, you (or at least I) begin to see Him in every detail of your life. I begin to trust that He knew that picture would resonate with me because He chose to place that within my heart and have the one who design the picture to make it exactly as it is. He grew the tree that was planted in memory of my brother, and He spoke to me through that picture.

Last night my heart smiled when my very favorite teacher described me as one who believes firmly in the super natural. This morning as we discussed more details about the ministry she has asked me to be apart of she said how she loved that moment when she was telling her friend who grew up in the church about me. I quoted John 4:23,24 His true worshipers will worship in Truth and Spirit.  

This brings me to the reason I started this blog. After God spoke those words to me that he would bring them to me, I was able to get out of His way and allow Him to work in my life and my husbands. It’s been almost 3 years since that moment, and I am truly seeing the fruit of trusting Him. I am apart of two ministries that speak to me so deeply. One is geared towards the freedom of Gods women, and the other is geared towards orphans and those who have never heard the gospel. James 1:27 says: Religion that our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. As I finished writing this I looked at the time and it is 12:34pm – what my heart hears is this “it’s as easy as 1234”

He has kept His promise and brought amazing people to me, and has set me upon a rock, and placed a new song within my mouth. I believe in the unbelievable which keeps me from being polluted by the world. I live in the world but God willing I will not become of the world. I can’t help but ask if you can say the same? Do you blow off the things that seem just too far fetched to be from God? Do you continue to pray the same prayers because you believe He isn’t hearing you? If you’re heart is in the prayer, then He has heard you. Being a persistent widow is ok, but being a person of unbelief isn’t. Hebrews 3:7-19 emphasis on 19 says that those who were not able to enter were because of their unbelief.

Friends, God does not want any of us to perish. He GAVE us His Son to take the pain of separation. We are no longer unavailable to God, if ONLY we would BELIEVE. So I pray to continue to share with you these unusual connections that I have with my Papa in hopes to encourage your belief in the unbelievable, and help you to come out of the World and into what is yours. All that is Christ’s has been given to us, if only we would BELIEVE!

HE LOVES YOU!

I never believed God would love someone like me. I believed the lie immediately and it took 30 years for me to finally hear

the truth. I’ve spent the last 5 years being a voice for this redemptive Love….and today I am beyond myself with the reality that I am just scratching the surface of the DEPTH of this LOVE. I urge you to read 1 Corinthians 13 with me this week. Each day read it again, replace LOVE with GOD and begin to unfold who God is with me. If you’re reading this, dont reject what I AM saying bc the Spirit of Christ is IN me and He is calling YOU!! I love you!!

Spiritual Gypsies?

I remember my mom saying we were like gypsies because we moved so much. She made the yearly move to a new apartment place exciting. She was a great mom. Today I know it was because we had to move because we were late on our rent and couldn’t afford to stay there. But what a wonderful way to add joy to the kids, when in her heart I’m sure she was struggling knowing that this was one more place her kids had to leave.

Little did she know God was preparing me for the same kind of life, within the church. I told one of my girlfriends today that we were gypsies because we decided to visit her church again. And man oh man am I ever glad we did. Beautiful message about the Holy Spirit (my FAVORITE subject in church). We’ve visited this church in the past and I knew the teachings were excellent and the kids church set a fire within my children that had never really been there in our original church. But it didn’t seem like God wanted us there at that time. So we moved on to another church, that God seemed very clear on telling both my husband and I THIS is where you need to be. Then we both began plugging in and things seemed to fall apart within our home again, and my Spirit was definitely not free to be me. Then God had one of my very best friends and I have a separation and this church is way too small for the both of us, so I chose to stay home while my family went to church. (NOT what GOD wants at all)

Then one night Perry Stone was teaching at another church and I absolutely love his teachings, which have helped me tremendously understand myself more and more. This church worshipped like my Spirit had ACHED to worship and looked at my husband and said THIS is where I am supposed to be, right now. I knew that my kids and him weren’t completely comfortable but they could see I had come back to life. So we stayed there and also ventured at church at home. Which was also a beautiful fit.

This morning as we were getting out of service, both just beaming because all that God had been teaching us through the Voice of Apostles from Global Awakening, the recent family He has brought us unto, and the Pastor via internet He’s been speaking to us about was all packed in this amazing teaching. I could tell my husband and daughter were coming alive, and when we left they affirmed what God had already opened my eyes too. But I told my husband that I still believe within my being that we are rooted in HIM and He is moving us from place to place because He wants us to BE the CHURCH not BE OF the CHURCH. Sounds familiar right, be IN the world, not OF the world.

I absolutely love Jesus, The Bible, and His church. I absolutely hate the religious spirit that has infiltrated our churches. We are hated because we are not truly living out ACTS, so who wants our Jesus when we can’t even decide to live the way He did. LOVE….radical LOVE is what He gave us. How? Because He IS GOD, GOD IS LOVE (See 1 Corinthians 13 – replace LOVE with GOD and see who GOD is). The Holy Spirit of God, which I am coming to believe is the female aspect of God…and before you throw stones at me do me a favor and try and understand what I am saying before rejecting it.

Wisdom is described as a SHE, WISDOM IS THE HOLY SPIRIT! Genesis says He created THEM in HIS image. WOman, I just heard in my Spirit WISDOM OF MAN – we are HIS helpers, Holy Spirit is the HELPER sent to us. God has a masculine and feminine side to Him how else would He create this image of Himself if it didn’t include the feminine side? Also, if you’re actually paying attention to the move of God He is ushering in the Holy Spirit fiercely as well as removing the stigma’s on Woman within the church. Coincidence? GOD does NOTHING on accident. or By chance. He’s not sitting up above us saying “oh wow didn’t see that happening” Maybe I’m wrong….I don’t think I am, but I do challenge you to search the scriptures like the Bereans did and I pray that you do so without the intention to prove me wrong, just as the Atheist try to prove Jesus doesn’t exist.

The moral of my blog is this….Listen to the Spirit of God…be a Mary when Jesus is talking, and GO where ever HE tells you to, and DO, SAY, and LOVE ALL THAT HE TELLS YOU TO!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!! May we reflect on ALL Christ has done and IS doing in and through us. Today may we meditate on the power that lies within us, who has given us this power and what He wants to do through us. We are Vessels of the Most High God. I pray blessings over each and every one reading this, in the Most High Name! Today I pray your mind be free from the restrictions of this world and you allow the Spirit of God to explode within and your dreams become attainable. I pray that you begin to see that this life is but a dream, that you are able to identify more and more the Hand of God so that your able to break free from the chains that bind you. That you dig deeper into your Bible that God gives you more and more Revelations that you begin to read the Book of Revelations and see the depths of what this book holds. I pray that you’re so on Fire for the Lord that others flock to you like a moth to a light. Bc that is what you are, you are the Light of Christ in a dark world surrounded by moths. Shine so brightly and save those who are trapped in darkness. I ask all of this for you and for me and for all who are far off. I love you from the depths of my being and trust that you will find the truth within.

Unforsaken

Ever felt like you are right where God wants you? Ever realized that nothing matters except loving God and loving people? Ever felt what it feels like to have the true living water that will never leave you dry coursing through your Spirit? I have!
Yesterday my fourth child (my baby) made the decision to follow Jesus for the rest of his life here on earth and make Him Lord. So, all four of our children are officially saved by grace through faith in Jesus.
I gotta tell you; there is literally nothing like the feeling I had when I got on my knees last night at my bedside. I remember how exciting it was to see every one of my kids potty trained, starting kindergarten, tying their shoes for the first time, riding a bike, when my Jake graduated…so many milestones. But, literally, nothing matched this peace.

Penny for your thoughts!

How can I put into words what this weekend was like? This is what was joked about early in the morning as we stand around simmering coals while worshipping our Lord and Savior, surrounded by the heavenly Angels, moments after proclaiming the names of those that we are in agreement will be proclaiming that Jesus is Lord.

This weekend I finally came together and met face to face the family that God has created for me first in Spirit, and manifested via Facebook. Ultimately we are the family of the Great I AM….physically we are the family of I AM MBK (see www.MBKinternational.com).

We didn’t ask what denomination we were from, we simply asked is Jesus Christ Lord in your life and with a resounding YES our souls united and we were living out ACTS. Whatever the other needed we gladly gave, we broke bread, we sang praise, we prayed, we cried, we confessed, we laid hands, we welcomed the Holy Spirit, and felt the Heavenly Presence of the Angels around us. We celebrated Sabbath the way God intended and welcomed in over 20 souls in Jesus Name.

But what’s so beautiful is this morning God walked me through all of it in a sermon to my daughter. As we were walking through the camp site picking up the trash left behind she found a penny and we both repeated the old saying “See a penny pick it up and all day long you’ll have good luck.” She then began to say what the “world” has added to this rhyme. “Brighton (her brother) says if you see a penny on tales….” I immediately finished her statement  with a “yes honey I know, but can I tell you something…..” and then He began…. (btw she said she didn’t believe that anyway and always picked it up…that’s my girl)

They say if it’s on heads it’s good luck, and if it’s on tales it’s bad luck so don’t pick it up. Does the side of the penny take away the value of the penny? She answered No of course. So if I pick it up on heads I’ve gained a penny, if I pick it up on tales I’m still up a penny. But if the penny is on tales and I walk away I’m without a penny. How is it that I have gained any kind of luck if walking away from the money leaves me without? It seems to me that the LIE that was placed in this old saying has convinced us that since it’s just a penny, which we all know that’s not a lot of money, it’s not worth the chance of getting bad luck. However say there are 2 people and one lives by the original sayings and picks up all 50 pennies that she walks by, and then there is a boy that only picks the 25 that are heads up. Which of those two would have the higher value of money? Seems to me that this little white lie has caused us to walk away from something worth more than nothing, and by doing so the one without luck is in fact the one who thinks everything has to be a certain way before it will bring true value. If only we saw how this leaked into our lives and how many treasures we have walked away from because the package didn’t appear the way we wanted it. Sounds a lot like the way the Jews didn’t like the way the Messiah appeared and decided His treasure was worthless and chose to kill him instead.

How does this tie into this weekend? Well here is how….because of the different levels of Faith that were gathered there were some teachings that were being spoken about that some couldn’t understand. Does this mean that what was taught wasn’t true….well that all depends on how you receive truth….do you strictly gain knowledge only from Scripture? Or do you believe God when He says in Scripture that ALL of GODS CREATION proclaims Gods GLORY? Because I am Gods Creation and I am made in the image of God and if I am being given revelation by God through the trees that are surrounding me does that make what I am saying less valuable because this exact moment isn’t detailed in the Bible? Or would I gain something if I were to believe that GOD uses HIS CREATION to proclaim HIS Glory? Am I getting caught up in the way something is packaged or am I allowing GOD to use ALL of HIS CREATION to reflect and proclaim HIM? Am I allowing the Spirit of TRUTH to be MY detector….do I even BELIEVE that I CAN test the SPIRITS? DO I EVEN BELIEVE THE BIBLE FOR THAT MATTER?

This weekend I became a RICH woman. I opened my mind and Spirit up to God and allowed HIM to be MY sifter and what HE wanted me to receive He has placed within HIS SPIRIT within ME. At the end of the day JESUS CHRIST is MY LORD and SAVIOR and the SPIRIT OF GOD LIVES IN ME AND HE GIVES ME TRUTH AND I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN. THIS WEEKEND I BECAME THE CHURCH WITH OTHERS OF THE CHURCH AND I PRAY THAT I NEVER EVER SHUT THE DOOR ON ANY OF GODS MESSENGERS. I love every moment of this weekend. Heads or Tales doesn’t matter because the VALUE is the SAME! Each way I gain more and more of Jesus Christ! I am a RICH RICH WOMAN.

are you Spiritually Constipated?

God is pressing into me today how vital we are to one another. We have to truly understand that WE ARE THE CHURCH. Yes, we need one another, Yes, it’s amazing that we have the freedom to meet regularly within 4 walls…..BUT what are we doing with the anointing that we are given each week.

When I say that I mean, the pastor that stands up to teach you each week is imparting what God has placed within them. What are you and I doing with this? Is it even going anywhere other than your ears?

I have a saying that I have preached to my family and it’s that the church has become “spiritually constipated”. We are backed up and the enemy has WON in so many homes. We are greedy hoarders. We do not pour out what we’ve been given and what happens is our “wineskin” (our Spirit) becomes dry, stale, and unusable.

Now I write this but want those who begin to feel guilty because you’re wiped out or not strong enough to pour into others and require others to pour into you….to stop right there and listen. A couple months ago I had been given a word after starting a new church that takes up tithes and offerings pretty intensely. I felt strongly that God told me “I do not cause guilt” The Spirit than gave me understanding of this Word. I want to share this with you because that “guilt” is caused by a religious spirit, not the Holy Spirit. God wants you to have a cheerful heart when giving anything, especially I believe when it comes to pouring into others. When you truly have a fresh anointing you are eager to share it with the world, with all of your loved ones, and anyone who will listen. THIS I imagine brings more joy and pleasure to the Lord than any obligated offering.

So many forget that the Fruit of the SPIRIT is LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, , FAITHFULNESS, & GENTLENESS. (see Galatians 5:22,23) If you’re not working in any of those, chances are you’re working in your own power. Can it still affect others, absolutely. Gods Word will not return void. However, the power of the Spirit will always exceed anything we can do by our own strength.

So I ask you…..quoting Janet Jackson “What have you done for God lately?” Are you pouring into anyone else, are you in a season where you’re allowing others to pour into you? Or are you going through the motions, appearing to be alive, but inside you’re really dead? Because if you are then I plead with you to read the letter to the church of SARDIS in Revelations 3….because that is the spirit within you that Jesus is calling….won’t you listen?
